Chargebacks, or transaction reversals, happen when you inform your bank, credit card company, or payment service that you want to dispute a charge made on your behalf. Sometimes, your bank may even reach out to you if they flag a transaction as suspicious and offer to initiate the dispute for you.

While you always have the right to file a chargeback, doing so without first contacting us can create delays and complications—especially if the charge was legitimate or a misunderstanding.

⚠️ Important: Repeated misuse or abuse of chargebacks can be considered fraud by financial institutions and may impact your access to our services.
