What happens if my usage exceeds my plan’s limits?

 

If your content exceeds your plan’s limits, you’ll be notified in-app and given tools to manage it. Until you manage your plan or content, some of your content may not be available to share or view on your frame.

Rest assured, we do not delete content from your Nixplay account, even if the content is locked.

In your Nixplay app, you'll find tools to:

  • Upgrade your plan
    If you need more storage or access to enhanced features, you can upgrade to Nixplay Lite or Plus to unlock additional capacity and functionality.

  • Manage your content 
    Use the tools provided in the app to trim or remove content, such as older photos or longer videos, to align with your current plan’s limits.
