These Terms apply to your Nixplay Plus ("Nixplay Plus") Membership, use of and access to the Nixplay Plus Paid Services (as defined in the Nixplay Terms of Service) and any information, goods and/or services provided to you by means of your use of the Nixplay Plus Membership.
Nixplay Plus Membership commences on the payment date and shall continue unless terminated pursuant to the Terms.
Nixplay will commence charging you the Nixplay Plus Membership fee(s) in advance on a quarterly or annual basis in accordance with the payment method as specified by you.
If Nixplay does not receive the Nixplay Plus Membership fee(s) your access to the services under these Terms will be suspended.
Nixplay Plus Membership provides an enhanced factory warranty program please refer to the warranty section provided at [URL].
Nixplay Plus Membership provides a discount on the Printed Gifts Service, the percentage discount may vary as listed on our website and mobile app and may also be substituted by other incentives and / or gifts.
Nixplay Plus Membership provides a sitewide discount on the Nixplay websites, the percentage discount may vary as listed on our website and mobile app and may also be substituted by other incentives and / or gifts. Annual purchase limits per annum may also apply.
Nixplay Plus Membership provides access to Exclusive Limited Edition Frames, the percentage discount may vary as listed on our website and mobile app and may also be substituted by other incentives and / or gifts. Annual purchase limits per annum may also apply.
Nixplay Plus Membership provides a Nixplay Plus Membership Gift Voucher, the period of which may vary and may also be substituted by other incentives and / or gifts.
The Nixplay Plus Membership Gift Voucher must be activated no later than TWELVE (12) months from the initial Nixplay Plus Membership payment date.
Nixplay is not responsible for any lost or stolen Nixplay Plus Membership Gift Voucher and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. The Nixplay Plus Membership Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
Nixplay Plus Membership may include value added features and Nixplay reserves the rights to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate these value added features at any time, without notice and without liability.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Nixplay shall be final and conclusive.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that (a) you represent you are of legal age in the region in which you access or use the Nixplay Plus Membership, and (b) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the terms and conditions of the Agreements.
Multi-shipping FAQ
When and where will I see the multi-shipping option during my order journey?
When more than one (1) digital photo frame is added to cart, a checkbox will appear on the cart slider/cart page.
This option will allow you to order 2 or more frames and send them to different locations at the same time through the same checkout experience without having to enter different shipping addresses one by one.
The multi-shipping option is not showing up / greyed out. Why is that?
This can happen due to 3 reasons:
When only one (1) digital photo frame is added to cart.
When a print store product is added to cart. Please note print products are not supported for delivery through multi-shipping and need to be ordered separately.
When Nixplay Plus subscription is added to cart together with more than one (1) digital photo frame.
At this step, the multi-shipping option will show as “Not applicable - Learn More”. To avoid this:
Simply purchase the Nixplay Plus subscription separately first and activate your account.
Next login to your account directly at Nixplay store and enjoy 25% off the digital photo frames and you will notice the multi-shipping option is now available.
Why can’t I order both the Nixplay Plus subscription and use multi-shipping option at the same time?
This is because the multi-shipping option cannot recognize subscription-based products and therefore the Nixplay Plus subscription needs to be ordered separately.
